Device Repair - Diagnostic + Laptop

Service Description

We will pick up your device and take it back to our workshop for diagnostics. We will then quote you for the full price of the repair. If you choose to go ahead with the repair, we will give you part of your diagnostic fee back. £25 will be deducted from the cost of the repair. Please Note: If you do not go ahead with the repair, you will not get £25 back as this covers our pickup/delivery costs + diagnostic time. This option includes a loan laptop for the duration of your repair. This is recommended if you require a device for work and education purposes.
